Formerly known as Omi's Elegant Catering, our team has served the Gainesville community for over 30 years with quality and excellence! In 2018, Omi's Elegant Catering merged with Taste, LLC. and is now known as Taste Elegant Catering.
Taste Elegant Catering offers a wide variety of cuisines such as Italian, Asian, American, Southern, BBQ, Cuban, Greek, Mexican & more. Known for our exquisite cheeseboards, eight-foot sushi boats, bar services, and award-winning lobster bisque, Taste's catering is prepared to give you a taste of what life has to offer!
